Welcome to Neon Nights. These terms apply when you use our website, buy tickets, book a table, VIP booth, or private event, or visit the club. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit a form. You may not attempt to disrupt the website, access it by automated means, or misuse it in any way.
All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and event artwork, belongs to Neon Nights or its artists and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Entry & Age Policy
- Must be 21+ for entry on weekends. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for every guest, every visit.
- Entry is at the discretion of management. A ticket or booking does not guarantee entry if you are intoxicated, cannot show valid ID, or do not meet our Dress Code.
- Bags may be searched at the door. Outside drinks, weapons, and illegal substances are not permitted.
Tickets
- Tickets are valid only for the event and date shown and may not be resold above face value.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled or moved, we'll offer a refund or a transfer to the new date.
- Line-ups and set times are subject to change. Artist changes are not grounds for a refund.
Tables & VIP Booths
- Booking requests are confirmed by email or phone. A request is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
- VIP booths may require a deposit and a minimum spend, which we'll confirm before your visit. Deposits are applied to your bill on the night.
- We hold tables and booths for 30 minutes past your arrival time. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel; late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
Private Events & Buyouts
Private event quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written event agreement. Deposits, final guest counts, bar packages, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.
Conduct
We want everyone to have a great night. Guests must follow our House Rules and staff instructions at all times. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour, and we may remove anyone who breaks these rules without a refund.
Photography & Filming
Events may be photographed or filmed. By entering the venue, you agree that you may appear in photos or video used on our website and social channels. If you'd rather not, let the photographer know or see our Privacy Policy. Please respect artists' requests not to film their sets.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Neon Nights is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or for personal items lost or damaged at the venue. Please use our coat check and keep valuables with you. Links to third-party sites, such as ticketing partners, are governed by those sites' own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above shows when they were last updated.
